Fake, fake, fake, fake! The photo is obviously photoshopped. The dog shown is a Neapolitan Mastiff. They a big and broad. Not big and slightly slender like a horse. I bet the dog in the photo is originally a pony. Besides, the photo has been confirmed as digitally altered.
